Adeline was born in American Samoa. The daughter of renowned Siapo artist Mary Pritchard, Adeline grew up around Siapo. In the same tradition, Adeline passed on the art of Siapo to her daughters. Adeline carried the torch passed to her by her mother and was a driving force to keep the art alive. Adeline passed away in 2007 but her legacy lives on.
